Please, try setting the environment variable (NUI_NOCHECKSUM=1 export NUI_NOCHECKSUM or in case of csh "setenv NUI_NOCHECKSUM 1")?
This should skip the checksum checking on the installation and force ths install of the 6.01 CF3.
You've got this message because installer thinks that your version of the .inf file does not correspond to 6.01. CF2 .
